Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This policy explains how Creator Performance Lab (“CPL”), an independent project operated by Omar Bevilacqua in Italy, handles personal information submitted through creatorpl.com.
Data we collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact, SaaS and creator forms, including name, email address, company or creator profile details, website/social profile URLs, professional interests, partnership information and the content of your message.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate potential SaaS–creator fit, respond to enquiries, assess partnership opportunities, maintain relevant creator or company profiles, and improve CPL's research and commercial matching process.
Legal basis
Depending on the interaction, processing may be based on your consent, steps requested before entering a potential agreement, or CPL's legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and evaluating business opportunities.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably useful for the purpose for which it was collected. Creator and partnership profiles may be retained for future relevant opportunities unless you ask us to delete them.
Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted using third-party infrastructure. Form submissions may be processed by the website hosting provider and delivered to CPL. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and analytics
CPL does not currently intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising on this site. If analytics, advertising or additional tracking technologies are introduced later, this policy and any consent mechanism will be updated as appropriate.
Your rights
Where applicable under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
